We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered, making returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.


Return & Exchange Guidelines

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In brand-new condition

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily cover the return shipping.

If the fit isn’t perfect, don’t worry—we’ve got you.
We offer free size exchanges so you can find the fit that makes you feel confident, snatched, and comfortable. No extra fees, no hassle—just the right fit for your curves.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Getting started is easy. Simply email info@shopcurveenvy.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please include a photo so we can resolve things faster. Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund or ship out your replacement promptly.


Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible—but you’re still welcome to return the item once it’s delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping for any defective or incorrect items.
